Mrs. Neetu Shrivastava, a psychologist, founded the school in 2013 with the vision of bringing excellence in early childhood education to Indore. She believes that every child is a critical thinker and a problem solver and thus should get a safe, nurturing environment to explore. 

Lil’ Cipur, being a part of early childhood care and education, has a holistic, child-centric approach where we believe that it is essential to focus on the overall development of a child. It is significant for a child to grow physically, socially, mentally, and emotionally, and not just academically.
